What are the origins of this store? Where is it actually located?

Located on Kashi Ashram in Florida since 1991, Ma's India bricks and mortar store is an interfaith spiritual shopping experience featuring products that enlighten and inspire; new age jewelry, music, books, spiritual statues, incense, yoga, meditation tools and much more. GENERAL SHOPPING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

How many products do you have?

Ma’s India has over 1500 products to choose from so be sure to spend some extra time “clicking around” to see our amazing range of spiritual products.

How do I know if my item is in stock?

We strive to always be in stock on all our products. However, if we are out of stock, it will say this on the item page. If you want to buy a product that is out of stock, e-mail us to let us know you are waiting for it and we will contact you when it’s back in stock.

How does sizing work with apparel?

Our mantra shirts come from India or Nepal, which can be sized differently than what you would expect with US sizing. Be sure to check the measurements on our sizing charts before determining which size fits you best.

Do you have a printed catalog?

No, we do not currently have a printed catalog available. This is one of the ways we keep costs down and minimize our environmental impact. Besides, printing costs are expensive and would be absorbed in the pricing of our products. Also, we can offer many new items on our website to our customers as soon as we get them in. Waiting for printing would delay the availability! By offering everything online we save you money and save the earth, and get you more products faster!

ORDERING INFORMATION

Can I place my order by phone, fax, regular mail or only through the website?

Yes, you may place orders through the Website, over the Phone, by Fax, or by Mail.

How can I make sure my order gets to me as soon as possible?

All Orders: To avoid a delay in shipping your order, be sure that the billing address you put on the order is the exact (and most current) address where you receive your credit card statement.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders Ship Within 24 hours - If we receive your order before noon (ET) on Monday through Friday, and 9am (ET) on Saturday, we try to ship it out the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day.

Do you charge sales tax?

No. Ma’s India is tax exempt and does not charge sales tax.

What credit cards and payment options do you accept?

Payment Methods that are available are Credit Card (Amex, Visa, MC, Discover), Paypal, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks. (Not personal checks.)

Can I change or cancel an order?

We will be happy to change or cancel your order. Because we try to get your order out the same day, please let us know any changes or cancellations as quickly as possible.

What if I have a problem with the my order?

Contact us by phone (888-560-1008) or e-mail within 14 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

What is considered Domestic shipping?

Inside United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
APO/FPO addresses.

What are your domestic shipping methods and times?

Priority Mail – 3-5 business days Express Mail – 1-3 business days.

How much does domestic shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on actual weight plus a 5% handling charge for Priority and 6% for Express.

Can I track my domestic order?

When we ship your order, you will be e-mailed a U.S. Postal Service delivery confirmation tracking link. You can follow your order online anytime until delivery.

What are your international shipping methods and times?

Priority Mail – 6-10 business days Express Mail – 2-6 business days.

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on actual weight plus a 6% handling charge.

Who pays for any additional international charges?

Please note that for international orders there may be VAT or import duty charged by your country for items shipped from the USA. Ma's India is not in a position to calculate these extra fees when you place your order and this is you, the customer's, responsibility to pay when you receive the order.

Can I track my international order?

The U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking on Priority International orders but we will notify you the date of mailing. Tracking is available for Express packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or an item arrives damaged, it can be returned for full refund of the item cost or replacement for the same item within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, goods will not be accepted.

What is your return process?

Write to Ma's India staff through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of our website to receive return authorization and address to send return package.
Please package your return properly.
Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and a copy of your invoice inside the shipping package and on all correspondence.
Once we have received and processed the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail of your refund.
We will issue the refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.
